SWEET SLEEP contains 5HTP which is made from the seeds of the Griffonia Simplicifolia plant. 5 HTP is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin stabilises our mood and produces feelings of well-being and happiness. Serotonin affects our appetite and digestion and, as the precursor for the hormone melatonin, it helps regulate sleep-wake cycles and the body clock.

    Started taking SWEET SLEEP after years of night work. Just couldn’t get back to sleeping normal hours. After 3 days I was getting to sleep by midnight but I was still waking in the night. By the end of the week I was set. Very good.

    After the birth of my daughter I couldn’t sleep like I did before she was born. My doctor put me on Nortriptyline but I had side effects so he put me on Melatonin which helped me fall asleep but I would wake up after a few hours. I came across SWEET SLEEP and am now sleeping properly for the first time since I had my daughter. I fall asleep in about 10 minutes and have a good 9 hours sleep.     I have ADHD and PTSD and have found these products to be very helpful. My anxiety is much reduced and I can now cope with going out of the house, which used to make me very anxious. I am also able to drive again which I had to stop because I would get panic attacks. I take the SWEET SLEEP which has meant I can now get to sleep after about half an hour after I go to bed (I used to lie there sometimes 3-4 hours) and I get a good sleep. I am a little bit sensitive to Magnesium but these have been very helpful.

    Best natural sleep product I’ve tried – and I’ve tried many on top of various prescription medications. I am asleep in about 10 minutes and don’t feel groggy or ‘hung over’ in the morning. The first few nights I did wake up in the night but I was going to sleep a good three hours earlier than I was. Now I have a solid sleep routine and sleep like a log all night. I sometimes fall asleep before I even think to take them and I still sleep well. Highly recommend.
